Message

Greetings

Thank you for visiting our website. In August 2024, we opened a counseling office near the south exit of Tachikawa Station. Our office is a specialized counseling service run by licensed clinical psychologists and certified public psychologists.

Many people today experience emotions such as depression, anxiety, anger, and sadness. Some struggle to control overwhelming emotions, while others suppress their feelings too much, losing touch with their true emotions. Our counselors specialize in exploring these emotions with you, aiming to enrich your individuality so that you can live more authentically.

We have received international training in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and continue ongoing training to maintain high expertise. We also participate in counseling ourselves, so we understand the challenges and discomfort that can arise when discussing personal issues or touching on emotions in a counseling session. Please feel free to share any hesitations or difficulties you may encounter during the counseling process.
